Privacy Policy

CreatorPort (operated by Space of Possibilities Limited, Hong Kong) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).

What we collect

When you book a camp or contact us, we collect:

• Parent/guardian name and contact details (email, phone/WhatsApp)
• Your child's first name and age
• Any health or dietary information you choose to share with us for your child's safety
• Payment information is processed entirely by Stripe, our payment provider — we never see or store your card details

How we use it

• To organise and run the camp (registration, communication, safety)
• To contact you about your booking (schedule, reminders, updates)
• To follow up after the camp with related course information (you can opt out anytime)

Photos and videos of children

We only photograph or film children with prior written consent from a parent or guardian. Consent is requested at booking and is entirely optional — it never affects your child's participation. Photos/videos are used only for the purposes you have agreed to (e.g. sharing with camp parents, or CreatorPort marketing).

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Where required by law
• Google, for anonymous advertising and conversion measurement

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors find us and whether our ads lead to bookings. This may set cookies in your browser and share limited, non-identifying event data (such as a page visit or a completed booking) with Google. It does not include your name or your child's details. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Storage and retention

Data is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for the camp and reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted.
