What data we collect
When you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we may collect: parent/guardian name, child's name and age, contact details (phone number, email), program and format preferences, and payment references (FPS transaction IDs).
Why we collect it
We use your data solely for: processing course registrations, communicating about sessions and schedules, sending updates about CreatorPort HK programs, and processing payments and refunds.
How we store it
Your data is stored securely and is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties, except where required by Hong Kong law.
Children's data
We take the privacy of minors seriously. We only collect children's data (name and age) with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, and solely for the purpose of course enrollment and instruction.
Photos & videos
We may photograph or record sessions for promotional purposes. We will always ask for written parental consent before using any images or videos of your child. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Your rights
